Spinning is a group exercise on fixed stationary bicycles, it belongs to aerobic exercises, where every rider chooses the level of load that fits the person's abilities and goals. The pace of workout follows music. 

Spinning is not demanding in motion coordination and it does not burden joints. It is aimed at the complex exercise of leg, buttocks, arm and body muscles. Emphasis is put on riding technique. Earned habits can be used for outdoor biking both on and off the road. There is five basic riding styles and three handlebar grips at spinning.
